3. Takedown notice requirements

Your notice must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  2. Identification of the material on the Site and its URL or game listing.
  3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  4. A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including the elements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3). We may restore content after the statutory waiting period unless the complainant files suit.

5. Repeat infringers

We maintain a policy to terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
